Last month, Night Shift Brewing in Everett held a free yoga class in its massive taproom. If you missed out, fear not: Free yoga is back May 16.

Taproom Manager Alex Navarro told Boston last month that the microbrewery is always looking for ways to combine beer with fitness.

“We’re a pretty active group here at the brewery and are always looking for ways to encourage our wonderful community to be active as well,” Navarro said. “I’ve been a big runner and fan of yoga for years. When one of our long time regulars became a certified yoga instructor, the opportunity really jumped to the forefront.”

But it doesn’t stop with yoga: The team at Night Shift has also started a running group that will meet every Thursday evening at 7 p.m. all summer long. The all-ages and all-levels running group takes on an easy 5K around the brewery’s Everett neighborhood and then all participants head back to the Taproom for a recovery beer and dinner off the rotating food truck

Yoga class begins at 12 p.m. Bring you own mat if you have one. The running club is free. No registration necessary. 87 Santilli Hwy, Everett; 617-294-4233
