Rose Kennedy Greenway

Ali Baldassare’s signature Pilates boot camp mixes cardio drills with core-strengthening exercises designed to tone the whole body. BYO mat.

Every other Monday, 6:30 to 7:15 p.m.

Symphony Park

This class in the Fenway teaches the mind-body moves of tai chi, created for self ­defense but now used as a stress ­reducer. It’s even being studied as a med-free way to fight chronic pain.

Tuesdays, 10 to 11 a.m.

Jamaica Pond (Pinebank Promontory)

At this all-levels class, you can perfect your tree pose while watching the sun set over a glistening Jamaica Pond. BYO mat.
