There’s never been a better time to be a fitness junkie with a budget in Boston. More than 30 studios in the city offer free introductory classes, and now that summer is finally here, free fitness in Boston is exploding once again. For those keeping track, there’s another cost-free exercise opportunity to add to the to-do list: Nike Boston’s weekly free yoga classes.
You’ve probably already heard of Nike’s free run club, but at the newly revamped Newbury Street store, their in-house “Nike Training Club” also offers other fitness classes, including Wednesday morning yoga that begins at precisely 7:04 a.m. The hour-long class, taught by yoga and Pilates instructor Jacqui Mimno, is an athletic vinyasa-style class that also incorporates a healthy dose of core work.
Nike posts its weekly free fitness schedule every Sunday at 3 p.m., so check often and reserve your spot for yoga, the run club, or other Nike Training Club events put on by the store.
