Summer on the Cape typically means lobster rolls, ice cream cones, and fried seafood far as the eye can see. And while we’d never dream of telling you to give up any of those things, enjoying vacation doesn’t have to mean throwing your fitness regimen away. Below, we found some great fitness options on the Cape and Islands, so you can wear your bikini and rock it, too.

Upper Cape

What it offers: High-tech indoor cycling classes set to heart-pumping music.

Why you should check it out: The studio also operates a downtown Boston location, so fans won’t have to change their workout while on vacation.

What it offers:
Indoor cycling classes for riders of all skill levels.

Why you should check it out: The first class is free, so it’s a low-commitment approach to vacation fitness.

What it offers: Daily CrossFit classes, with a free intro class every Saturday morning.

Why you should check it out: With special summertime rates, the box caters to vacationers and locals alike.

Why you should check it out: Small group and individual sessions mean hands-on attention to your workout.
