Healthworks is giving you a free way to tackle your New Year’s resolutions.

Along with its subsidiary, Republic Fitness, Healthworks is offering a week of free classes to members and non-members alike, running from January 4 through 10. Each location has different offerings, but the classes are as unique as they are diverse—think “Pop Diva Zumba” (in Coolidge Corner), “80s Flashdance Barre Sport” (in Cambridge), and “Rocky-Themed Tabata” (at Republic Fitness).

The gym is also using the event to introduce a new class at each of its locations: Les Mills Body Attack, a 55-minute circuit training workout.

As always, Healthworks’ classes will be open to women only; any gender may sign up for classes at Republic Fitness. You can pre-register for Healthworks classes here, and Republic Fitness classes here.

Healthworks has locations in Back Bay, Cambridge, Chestnut Hill, and Coolidge Corner, healthworksfitness.com. Republic Fitness is located at 2 International Place, Boston, republicbos.com.
