When the weather’s bad, you’re short on time, or you simply don’t have the motivation, getting to the gym can be an obstacle too big to overcome. Never fear. You can still get a good workout in your own home¬†with these¬†virtual training resources:

1. Barre & Soul

You can take yoga and barre classes through Barre & Soul’s virtual program. Students register for classes online as normal, then take the class via Skype in their own homes.

2. DanceFIT

This Brookline and Natick studio has an extensive virtual schedule, including yoga, ballet bootcamp, strength training, piloxing, and more. It’s also behind b-virtual, a program that allows studio owners to build out their online presences.

Endurance offers virtual, Skype-based versions of its live barre and Pilates classes. The studio also offers a few on-demand workout videos.

4. EveryBodyFights
