This Is What the Founder of the November Project Eats for Breakfast

Bojan Mandaric breaks down his daily yogurt parfait.

We don’t need to tell you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. In this series, we ask local notables for a sneak peek at how they start the day.

Claim to fame: Mandaric cofounded the November Project, the insanely popular grassroots workout group known for its crack-of-dawn meeting times. Before that, he rowed for Northeastern University.

What he ate: A parfait made from Siggi’s low-fat yogurt; banana; mixed berries; and soon-to-be-released granola from 88 Acres. (Mandaric is friends with the founders, so he says he’s “been enjoying some test runs.”)

Why he chose it: “It tastes really good, it’s nutritious, and it keeps me pretty full until lunch rolls around,” Mandaric says. “But most of all, my awesome wife makes it for me every night, and nothing says, ‘I love you,’ like a delicious yogurt parfait.”
