This summer at the Institute of Contemporary Art, you can get a workout, a cultural experience, and a healthy dose of fresh air all in one.

Namaste at the ICA, the museum’s yoga series, launches this summer with classes on every Thursday afternoon and Sunday morning in July and August.

Classes will be held on the museum’s Vivien and Alan Hassenfeld Harborway, which looks out onto the Boston Harbor. On Thursdays, class runs from noon to 1 p.m. and costs $15; on Sundays, it starts at 9 a.m. and costs $20. Both prices include admission to the museum.

If the gorgeous views and priceless works of art haven’t convinced you yet, come for instruction from well-known teachers from YogaWorks, South Boston Yoga, and series co-host PopUpAsana.

Register for Thursday classes here and Sunday classes here.
