Claim to fame: She’s behind (pun intended) the popular fitness class Booty by Brabants and the clothing line of the same name.
What she ate: Two eggs over medium with spinach, a quarter of an avocado, two pieces of turkey bacon, and hot sauce. Coffee is also a must.
Why she chose it: “Because of my lifestyle and how active I am, this breakfast is ideal for me. I am not a person who can just wake up and go to work without eating a full breakfast first,” she says. “I teach three to four cardio classes per day, plus my own personal workouts, so it is very important for me to fuel my body. You need to start your day on a full tank—it will help jump start your metabolism and give you the energy you need to perform well in your daily life.”
