Daybreaker Boston Is Back, and Weirder Than Ever

The early morning rave has three upcoming events in Boston.

Daybreaker’s very premise is a little out there: Hundreds of people gather at the crack of dawn for a sober dance party, grab some breakfast, and then head off for a regular day at the office. It’s like clubbing, plus daylight and minus vodka sodas.

The series’ upcoming Boston events, though, take unique to a whole new level. Daybreaker has graduated from nightclubs, and is taking on some fairly bizarre themes.

First up, on Thursday, August 18, Daybreaker and Reebok are partnering on an animal kingdom-themed boat rave. The morning will start with a 5:45 a.m. yoga class on Rowes Wharf, and at 6:30, the dance party will take to the seas. Animal print and animal onesies are “strongly encouraged.”  Tickets start at $25, and can be purchased here.

Daybreaker also has two events planned for this fall, complete with crazy themes and high-profile locations. The details haven’t been released yet, but stay tuned.
