Free Yoga at the Pru Extended Through September
Is it just us, or has this summer’s free fitness scene been especially robust? It’s been so good, in fact, that it’s powering through into September and beyond.
The organizers of the Prudential Center’s Fit on the Garden series just announced that the free Wednesday evening yoga classes will continue through September—that means four bonus sessions. Leah Carnow will teach slow flow on September 7; Laura Mucci will teach power flow on September 14; Catie Macken will teach yoga flow on September 21; and Carrie Seyer will teach the final flow on September 28.
Free fitness isn’t slowing down elsewhere, either. To be exact:
- Seaport Sweat will be offering yoga, bootcamp, and kickboxing until October 31.
- Classes on the Esplanade run through the third week of September.
- MSL Pilates‘ last Pilates bootcamp is scheduled for September 26.
- YogaWorks is offering free yoga in Larz Anderson Park every Wednesday evening in September.
