Supermarket Tour: Bring your grocery list and let a registered dietitian help you make healthier choices at the supermarket. The tour will be held at the West Roxbury Roche Brothers.

Stepping Strong Through Yoga: Donations from this two-night yoga session will benefit the Gillian Reny Stepping Strong fund, which is named for a Boston Marathon bombing survivor and supports limb reconstruction and trauma healing.
