Here’s a (Super) Easy Way to Give Back This Month

If the holiday season has you in the giving spirit, MoveWith has some great news for you.

The fitness booking platform is making it easier than ever to spread holiday cheer with its Sweat to Give initiative, which allows you to help charities and philanthropic organizations without straying from your daily routine—or spending an extra cent.

How is this possible, you ask?

MoveWith tapped some of its most popular instructors—including the likes of Kick It founder Eliza Shirazi, yoga teacher Meghan Rozanski, Equinox’s Ali Baldassare, and many others—to select a favorite charity. For the entire month of December, each time you take a class with one of those instructors (see the full list here) and check in through the MoveWith app, the platform will donate $1 to his or her chosen cause. It’s really that simple.
