Still fired up from the Boston Women’s March, but not sure how to channel that energy? (Hint: the 10 Actions, 100 Days campaign is a good place to start.) You’ll be interested in a yoga class happening this weekend.

On Saturday, January 28, local instructor Ali Singer is hosting Woman Power Yoga in a unique venue: the Paradise Rock Club. The class—which is open to everyone, regardless of gender or yoga experience—is meant to inspire and empower, helping participants come together as a community and tap into both masculine and feminine energies. The 60-minute chill flow will be accompanied by a soundtrack of music by powerful women from the past five decades.

In addition, each registrant will be able to nominate a charity to receive a portion of the event’s profits. The winning charity will be selected from a random drawing.

Tickets cost $23, and can be purchased here.

$23, 1/28, 11 a.m. The Paradise Rock Club, 967 Commonwealth Ave., Boston. Register at yogahubboston.com.
