It may still be wool sweater weather, but the Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy is already thinking about the warm, wonderful days of summertime free fitness.

As usual, the Greenway plans to offer a packed schedule of events this summer, including more than 100 free fitness classes. But this year, it’s streamlining its planning process to get a finalized calendar into the public’s hands earlier than ever—and to kick off activities by late spring.

As such, the Greenway, along with its 2017 partner Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, has released a simple application for fitness instructors interested in teaching free classes this summer. Prospective teachers, gyms, and studios must simply fill out this form by February 24. The Greenway Conservancy hopes to finalize a diverse menu of offerings by late March, and to start classes by late spring.

Mark your calendars, whether you’re an exercise instructor or a free fitness junkie. You’ve got a lot to look forward to.
