Claim to Fame: As millions already know, Itsines is behind the uber-popular at-home circuit training program “Sweat with Kayla,” as well as accompanying meal plans and guides. (The system first made headlines as the Bikini Body Guide, or #BBG.) By posting body-positive images and user success stories, Itsines has also amassed an enormous virtual community—she’s got 6.3 million Instagram followers, and counting.
What She Ate: Two pieces of toast with two scrambled eggs, kale, and sumac spice. She washes it down with green tea or an espresso shot.
Why She Chose It: Itsines is a creature of habit, and says she eats this meal nearly every morning. “I love to have eggs for breakfast, as they are packed full of protein, which keeps me feeling full,” she says. “Usually I’ll choose rye bread for my toast as well, because it has lots of fiber. This is a really easy breakfast to make, and it tastes fantastic.”
