What’s better than one workout? Three workouts. And what’s better than three workouts? Three workouts for charity.

That’s exactly what’s on tap at Btone Fitness’ Back Bay, North End, and Wellesley locations. On May 20, the three studios are hosting Fit for a Cause Triathlons with other local gyms, each one benefitting the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation (CCF).

Here’s how it works: First, select the neighborhood you’d like to tour, and register through that Btone location’s online schedule. Then, for $40—which benefits CCF—you’ll get a 20- to 30-minute class at each of the three participating studios in that area, plus giveaways and raffles. After your “triathlon” is complete, you’ll head back to Btone for refreshments and the unveiling of the raffle winners.

The lineups include:

  • Back Bay: Reformer Pilates or rowing at Btone Fitness, cycling at Recycle Studio, and Pilates at Boston Body Pilates
  • North End: Reformer Pilates at Btone Fitness, treadmill fitness at MyStryde, and cycling at Ride
  • Wellesley: Reformer Pilates or rowing at Btone Fitness, cycling at B/Spoke, and barre at the Bar Method

Each sweat crawl begins at 1 p.m. on May 20. Spots are limited, so sign up here.
