Video: Work Your Arms in Just 10 Minutes
This 10-minute arm workout utilizes light hand weights that you probably have lying around the house. The reps are fast, with little rest in between, so you’ll sneak in a little cardio, too. Expect to break a sweat as you cycle through moves like tricep kick-backs, side raises, bicep curls, reverse curls, and twists.
The video below demonstrates the entire workout, and a quick stretch at the end. Before picking up your weights, we recommend warming up with some cardio, such as a brisk walk, a quick jog, or a few minutes on the elliptical.
