This fall, Boston will welcome its sixth CorePower Yoga studio.

The chain—known for its hot, sweaty power yoga classes—will move into the Fenway’s Viridian building later this year, according to developer the Abbey Group. CorePower will join healthy neighbor Honeygrow, a nutrition-focused restaurant set to open in August, and not-quite-so-healthy neighbor Blaze Pizza.

Despite rapid development in the Fenway, the neighborhood isn’t home to many fitness studios yet. In fact, CorePower will be the first yoga studio in the immediate Fenway/Kenmore area.

The studio will cover 3,420 square feet, and will use recycled and sustainable materials. Discounts are available for those who register before the studio opens, and Viridian residents can expect perks like rooftop yoga classes.

Colorado-based CorePower also has locations in Allston, the South End, Cambridge, Newton, and Medford.

Coming soon to 1282 Boylston St., Boston, corepoweryoga.com.
