Five Places to Take SUP Yoga Near Boston
If you’re looking to shake up your yoga practice this summer, why not take it to the seas? Once a niche fitness activity, SUP yoga—that is, yoga on a stand-up paddleboard—is now offered in locations all over New England, including here in the Boston area.
In addition to raising your Instagram cred, SUP yoga classes are a great workout. Practicing on an unsteady surface recruits extra core strength, making poses you could do in your sleep at the studio refreshingly challenging. Plus, who doesn’t love a workout in the great outdoors?
