First there was the music festival. Then there was the wellness festival. And now, local fitness and lifestyle brand TrillFit is introducing the hybrid wellness-meets-music festival.

Dubbed TrillFest and slated for September 16 in Cambridge, the event promises to be as exhausting as it is exhilarating. The morning starts with a guided meditation led by multi-hyphenate Jazerai Allen-Lord, before transitioning into non-stop sweat for the next three hours. Guests will be able to take each of TrillFit’s classes—including its signature “Beyoncé-worthy choreography meets HIIT” cardio dance class; hip hop yoga; and TrillSculpt strength training—and try out some new offerings, including hip hop boxing and “Ass and Abs.” Unnamed Run Crew will also lead a three-mile jog for those who prefer to pound the pavement.

After that, the music portion gets rolling. Most of the DJs and artists haven’t been announced yet, but TrillFit founder Heather White promises, “We will have some big names to announce, because we do want this to feel very, very special and exciting.” There will also be food trucks and a wellness market curated by TrillFit.

General admission tickets cost $20, and can be purchased here. Can’t make it to TrillFest? You can currently take the brand’s signature classes at Studio 52, and White says a flagship studio may be coming soon either to the Roxbury/South End area or Central Square. Stay tuned.

UPDATED, September 11, 5:30 p.m.: Trillfit has announced some of the artists who will perform at Trillfest, including BIA, Dutch ReBelle, and Kari Faux.

$20, 9/16, starts at 9 a.m. University Park Commons, 65 Sidney St., Cambridge, trillfest.splashthat.com.
