Calling all sneaker heads: Locally-based shoe brands New Balance and Concepts have come together for two new shoes that will be featured at a pop-up in Cambridge. We’re putting these eclectic kicks right up there with the limited edition New Balance shoes inspired by the Charles and yes, even the Dunkin’ Donuts-inspired Saucony shoes we saw earlier this season.

The pop-up store is based in Harvard Square and will be open through May 23, and you’ll be able to try on and purchase the two exclusive Concepts lifestyle sneakers plus two classic New Balance MADE styles.

The first Exclusive Concepts 998 shoe on the line-up will be the “Golden Eye,” which is inspired by the mallard duck, often seen swimming in the Charles. The shoe’s light brown suede closely resembles the feathers of the bird and the orange accents mirror that of the duck’s bill. This shoe is only available at the pop-up, so check it out while you can.

The second Exclusive Concepts 998 shoe, the “Nor’Easter,” pays homage to our infamous New England weather, and has bright blue, teal, and black hues. This shoe can be found online for purchase, but avoid shipping costs by picking them up at the pop-up.

The other two shoes that can be found at the pop-up are the New Balance MADE 990’s and New Balance MADE 997’s, both lifestyle shoes that have been New Balance classics for more than three decades.

If you’re in the market for a new casual shoe to kick around in, you might want to visit Harvard in the next two weeks. The limit does not exist on the number of sneakers you’re allowed to own, don’t you agree?

Open 10 a.m.- 7 p.m., 9 JFK St., Cambridge.
