Four (Mostly) Outdoor Fall Fitness Series in Boston

Not all good things have to come to an end. Even though we’re kissing the final days of summer goodbye and our beach days might be numbered now, outdoor fitness classes do not have to be. Not yet, at least.

Check out these four (mostly) outdoor fall fitness series and soak up every last bit of mild fall temps before we go into hibernation.

Cara Gilman’s RunYoga Fall Series: Pair your running training with yoga this fall in this running series that meets every Monday starting on September 10 and runs (no pun intended) until November 19. Gilman will lead you through different types of running workouts paired with a complimentary yoga practice. Group runs will take off along the Charles and various yoga practices will be utilized to help runners strengthen the muscles they use most.

$180, 6:15 p.m.-8:15 p.m., September 10-November 19 (skips October 8 for Columbus Day), meets at Motion Stretch Boston, 349 Newbury St., Boston,    

Lululemon yoga at the Pru: Free fitness in the Pru Garden might be over, but that doesn’t mean we have to wait until next summer for outdoor yoga. Lululemon is hosting free yoga classes outside the store at the Prudential Center in the Sitting Grove. The series runs every Wednesday from September 12-October 31.

Seaport Sweat: Still going strong, Seaport Sweat will continue to offer Kick it By Eliza classes, Booty By Brabants, bootcamp, yoga, and boxing classes until October 12, Monday-Friday.

Free, Monday-Thursday 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. and Friday at noon, Seaport Common, 85 Northern Ave., Boston,  

SOWA Market Coolidge Yoga: Enjoy a relaxing Sunday morning vinyasa flow at SOWA Market with Coolidge Yoga on select Sundays throughout the fall. After class, you’ll be lead on a private gallery tour of the Chase Young Gallery. Classes will be held on September 9, September 23, October 7, and October 21 at 10:30 a.m.
