Word on the street is this city loves fitness festivals. Six hours of fitness, food, and fun is what you’re signing up for when you get tickets for the Boston Wellness Festival. If you’re anything like us fitness fanatics, sounds like a dream come true—and the team from WELL Summit is delivering.

Born from the WELL Summit, a panel discussion for those seeking self-improvement in the wellness space, and founder Gianne Doherty’s vision of 360 degree wellness (meaning looking at wellness through more than one lens), the festival will serve as an interactive day of events, classes, and time to connect with other like-minded people in the community. It will be hosted at the Innovation and Design Center on October 27 and we’re just telling you now, you better bring your dancing shoes and some extra water—the lineup is pretty stacked.

You’ll get the chance to partake in four local fitness classes all in one day at the Boston Wellness Festival including: BollyX, a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program; Kick It By Eliza, a 13-round kick boxing inspired class; Trillfit, a hip hop dance workout class; and finally a candlelit yoga class with Sara DiVello to help you unwind after three heart-pumping dance classes.

And what would a festival be without some goodies to take home? Shop the market at the Boston Wellness Festival, where you’ll see products from vendors like Athleta, Kodiak Cakes, and Flow Alkaline Spring Water. Or stock up on some Boston-made candles, aromatherapy, or crystal-charged chakra spritzes from Seeking OM, or get complimentary acupuncture from Ali Vander Baan. You’ll possibly leave feeling a little tired (four workouts will do that to you), but definitely reenergized for the rest of your weekend and heading into the week.
