How can you not smile when you’re swinging your hips and moving your body to some rad tunes? Dance cardio workouts are becoming more plentiful and we’re here for it. The options aren’t just limited to Zumba anymore, either—305 Fitness is coming to Fenway, you can drop into a dance class with a former New England Patriots cheerleader at Barre Groove, and now dance fitness company TrillFit is opening its first-ever studio space in Mission Hill after popping up at different locations throughout the city since 2015.

The 2,200 square-foot studio, complete with neon signs, disco lights, and artwork inspired by ’90s hip hop, will be where TrillFit’s two custom classes, Sculpt and Cardio Dance, take place. The Sculpt class will focus on strengthening the body using elements of high intensity moves, and will have an emphasis on core work, Pilates movements, and body-weight exercises. Cardio Dance is the real party, featuring choreography and multiple rounds of high intensity work. But that’s not all. You can visit a hair salon on-site, take advantage of health coaching as well as personal training, and get your hands on local products from a rotating set of wellness and beauty vendor pop-ups.

Although they’ve been softly open for a couple weeks, this weekend, November 2-4, will officially kick-off the grand opening of the space and celebrate everything that TrillFit has to offer.
