Panel Discussion to Inspire Healthy Intentions: Staying healthy through the holidays can be tough. In light of this, Nourish Your Soul is hosting a panel discussion featuring local health and fitness experts to share their tips on how to be your best healthy self during the holiday season.

Panelists include Ciara Clark, a certified yoga instructor and holistic health coach, Wendy Rue Williams, who teaches yoga and has a background in social work, and Jennifer Hanway, a holistic nutritionist.

Yoga in the Art Asylum: Nestled in between Brooklyn Boulders and Aeronaut is this creative space for Community Makers making everything from jewelry to robotics.
