If your idea of a perfect Saturday includes smoothies, swag bags, and sweating your way through the city’s finest boutique fitness studios—this fitness crawl is just the thing you’ve been looking for.

On June 1, the Sweat Concierge—an online fitness studio review service—is bringing its signature SweatCon Rally fitness crawl back to Boston. The day kicks off at Reebok Headquarters in the Seaport for a check-in party from 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m. complete with a photo booth, braid bar, food from honeygrow and Dig Inn, a live DJ, and of course juice. Once there you’ll pick up your swag bag and be able to take advantage of discounted Reebok shopping before heading out to your designated fitness crawl neighborhood via Lyft.

The fitness crawl is organized by neighborhood, that you choose when you purchase a ticket, and you’ll spend 30-minutes at each participating studio before moving on to the next one. Each neighborhood, except the Seaport, offers two different tracks starting at different times after 1 p.m., consisting of three participating studios. The Seaport neighborhood has only two participating studios, but you’ll spend an extended amount of time at both.

Fitness crawls like these are a great way to try different studios you don’t normally get the chance to drop into, so choose a neighborhood you don’t frequent often and get moving.

Here’s what to expect in each neighborhood:

Arlington Street:
Lynx Fitness Club-MethodX, a high intensity interval training class built on the principles of Tabata and Crossfit
Orangetheory Fitness Back Bay

Boylston Street:
