As you make your way to Earl’s for roof top happy hour or maybe even to meander through Eataly to treat yourself to a fancy dinner at Terra, make a pit stop at the garden for a free work out class—you won’t regret it.

The free summer fitness series, that graces the center of the Prudential Center every Wednesday, returns this summer on June 5 and lasts until August 28. Classes will be hosted by Under Armour and Flywheel Sports and features popular instructors and trainers in the area who will be announced at a later time. It’s a great way to meet a new instructor or learn something new about Boston’s fitness scene. The series has even been known to provide free dinners from Sweet Green and other fun activations and tasty treats. Each week there will be something different to experience.

Specifics of the classes are to be announced, but do not expect spin from Flywheel. Instead, be sure to bring a mat and your water bottle and get ready for a lot of high intensity moves and sweating. Free outdoor fitness is taking over the city one location at a time. Be sure to soak it all in. And if you work in the Prudential Center you really have no excuse not to attend this one.
