If you’re looking for something to do tomorrow, and you haven’t already committed to one of the many other healthy things to do or special International Yoga Day events taking place around the city, consider your Saturday morning plans made.

Head to the New England Aquarium at 10 a.m. for an outdoor, waterfront workout hosted by B/Spoke. B/Spoke instructor Victoria Badolato will lead you through the company’s signature bootcamp class, Train, which includes high-intensity strength moves (like squats and push-ups) and conditioning. Get ready for burpees, but don’t worry there will be a live DJ to keep you motivated.

When you’re sufficiently tapped out, kick back by the Harbor and enjoy a beer from Harpoon Brewery, like the new Rec. Leauge our deputy food editor claims as one of the 10 local “fridge beers” to keep stocked all summer long. She even says the hazy pale ale is “crafted to refresh after physical activity” because it has Mediterranean sea salt, for some added electrolytes.

Your ticket is also good for a healthy food spread from the Aquarium’s food partner, the Patina Restaurant Group, and free admission for the day to look at the aquatic life like the penguins, sea turtles, and you can’t forget about the adorable sea lions. That’s a pretty good bargain deal considering admission for the day is typically $22.

Local wellness brands, including the recovery studio Bdy Sqd and the skincare company Cln&Drty (apparently both companies don’t like vowels), will also be on-site. Bdy Sqd will perform assisted stretches as well as NormaTec compression boot sessions—sip your beer while in a pair, it’s a game changer. Cln&Drty will be offering participants mini facials. So you won’t just leave with supple muscles but also glowing skin.

Be on the lookout for even more ways to exercise outside, either this weekend, or throughout the summer, and don’t forget to check out our ultimate guide to free fitness. Plus, we also rounded up the the six most beautiful places in Boston to work out at all season long.
