If you’re lucky enough not to be driving a U-Haul on the busiest moving weekend of the year, you’ll have the chance to take advantage of back-to-back workshops this Saturday afternoon. Don’t miss TrillFit dance cardio in Roxbury, followed by kickboxing in South Bay Center and sunset yoga in Piers Park. And if you are moving, first, make sure to avoid Storrow Drive, and second, get your sweat on during the week instead. Tonight, catch a Lynx Fitness Club bootcamp at Statler Park, or a Wednesday evening yoga class with Coolidge Yoga or the Loring Greenough House.

Total Body Burn with Matt: Kick off your week with a 45-minute, full-body bootcamp workout in Statler Park led by Lynx Fitness Club instructor Matt. Boston Waterfront Virtual 5K: The McCourt Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting patients and families facing neurological health challenges, has adapted their 5K fundraiser to a virtual format this year. Runners can race from Thursday until Saturday and share their route on social media with the hashtag #Waterfront5K. Anyone can participate, so grab the whole family and head out to raise money for a good cause. Registration includes a race tee, bag, and medal, plus a beer voucher to redeem at any of the race’s partner restaurants after you run.

Outdoor Mindfulness Training for Young Adults: For many of us, getting outside into the fresh air is the most important part of the day—whether we can find time for a long hike or just a walk around the block. This class is in such high demand, almost every date has sold out a week in advance this summer.

After three and a half hours, you’ll leave with the tools you need to incorporate tai chi into your daily routine.
