Our diverse team is committed to providing high quality, collaborative, and communicative design and build services to meet the unique needs and desires of our clients, while also prioritizing social, environmental, and educational goals to serve the community.

We offer comprehensive residential design & build services, partnering with our clients and guiding them through every stage of their partial or whole house remodel, addition, or new construction.

In a traditional Design-Bid-Build approach, homeowners need to hire a designer, then find a separate contractor to complete the build. That means managing two separate entities and keeping communication organized between them—not the most efficient process. Instead, our Design-Build process integrates design and construction teams to create a single point of contact and accountability. One consistent vision drives the project from start to finish, offering fewer headaches and surprises and better outcomes.

What is your typical process for working with a new client?

At Rebel, our process is a bit more hands-on than you might expect. After submitting an inquiry on our website, prospective clients are sent our info and a questionnaire, and then invited to schedule a video call and site visit. Once those have been completed, the Rebel team will send prospective clients a detailed proposal for the project. After the proposal has been accepted, we move into the multi-step design phase that includes budgeting, 3D renders, Virtual Reality walk-throughs of the designs, and client selections. Unique to the Rebel Builders process we have refined is a 3-Budget Checkpoint designed to help us stay on target and transparent as we enter each milestone of the design process together. Once the design phase is complete, construction begins. From demolition to our final punch list, we communicate and update our clients with regular meetings and the use of BuilderTrend, a helpful platform to manage efficient collaboration.

The Rebel Team is passionate about helping people craft spaces that are not just eye catching and beautiful, but are custom fit to serve their unique lives. Our homes are so personal; they are a refuge and the spaces where we play out our lives.
