What's your background, education and training?
Our sales staff all have up to date training on the products we feature. The majority of them are college educated. All have some industry experience prior to joining our team.
What is your typical process for working with a new client?
After initial introduction; we decipher what the customer is looking for. We offer 100’s of faucets and bathroom accessories. First the customer selects a style. Once a preferred style is selected; we get the budget. Once you have a budget and style; we focus on products meeting this criteria. We take into account any area restrictions with the item selected (space; vanity size; rough size; etc). Finally; the customer selects a finish. We listen and educate throughout the entire process. Our goal is a happy customer before; during and after the experience.

To bring quality products into the homes of life long customers. Bringing visions and passions to life. Turning your bath or kitchen into a relaxing oasis.
