Get Konnected! hosted the GK25: Who is Who Millennial Leaders Awards on September 25, 2018 to celebrate Boston’s 25 Most Influential Millennials of Color. The event was co-hosted by City Awake and WeWork Cambridge. Over 200 attendees came together to celebrate, document, and recognize these millennials of color in Greater Boston who are boldly envisioning, creating, and transforming the future across numerous industries and fields. A few of the honorees recognized were Rick Fredkin, a serial tech entrepreneur and CEO of Eduporium; Joy Lim Nakrin, anchor and reporter for NBC Boston/NECN; Marquis Taylor, founder and CEO of Coaching4Change; and Ian So, founder and CEO of Chicken and Rice Guys.
