A Taste & Toast is a unique culinary event that raises funds and awareness for the ForsythKids Program for free dental care & scientific research on oral health at the Forsyth Institute, 1 Athenaeum St., Cambridge. Acclaimed national award winning chefs Barbara Lynch (No 9 Park, Menton) and Jody Adams (Porto, Trade) kicked off the evening with a demonstration at the VIP reception, followed by the main event featuring 14 renowned chefs from Boston and Cambridge (see roster below) serving tastings of signature dishes. Forsyth is a nonprofit that provides free dental care to more than 2,500 under served kids every year in Massachusetts and conducts cutting-edge scientific research on oral health. The main reception included a presentation of awards to the 2019 A Taste and A Toast honorees including Lauren Baker, First Lady of Massachusetts, Peter and Colleen McCarthy, EVOO Restaurant & Don Rodman, president, Rodman For Kids & former ForsythKid.
