Happy Tuesday from the C Line

Did you have a nice weekend? Didn’t sit in as much traffic as you’d feared on your way out of town on Friday? Well, for those of you who live in Brookline, prepare to have that sense of calm wiped away, as a truck and a Green Line trolley collided on Beacon Street this morning.

Boston.com reports that a flatbed truck and a trolley on the C Line crashed at 6:45 this morning. The ever-helpful MBTA.com alerts riders that “[t]he Green Line is being bused between Cleveland Circle and St. Mary’s due to a medical emergency involving injuries at Coolidge Corner.” Call your boss, Brookliners– you’re gonna be a little late.
