Put it on your Christmas list, Governor: House Speaker Sal DiMasi informed Governor Deval Patrick that his plan to offer $1 billion in incentives to lure biotech companies to Massachusetts most likely won’t pass tomorrow, the last day of the Legislative session. DiMasi offered to approve incentives for companies currently deciding on whether to move here, but it’s unclear if Patrick will take him up on it. [Globe]
