Chef Louie is all grown up. The man who got his start doing Iron Chef-inspired house parties will soon be executive chef at the Mandarin Oriental’s Sel de la Terre. Louie’s hosting one last Chef Louie Night at Brighton’s Joshua Tree. Guests must RSVP.
We managed to take a short walk this afternoon, so believe us when we say that it’s a perfect night for the Taj Boston Summer Party. This benefit takes place on the rooftop of the swanky Boston hotel, and raises money for the Young Friends of Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program.
It’s also a great night to visit the ballpark. Boston Cares Summer Nights: Fenway Lights allows guests to tour the park, pose with Red Sox and Celtics championship trophies, and compete in a Wii tournament.
Who knew the staff of an art museum could be so creative? The Museum of Fine Arts Staff Art Exhibition displays the employees’ work to the public.
