Concord Votes to Pass Ban on Bottled Water

The bylaw, passed last night, bans the sale of non-sparkling, unflavored water in single-serving PET bottles of 1 liter or less in on or after Jan. 1, 2013, with an exception in case of emergencies. Up next in Concord: Cats on leashes. [Wicked Local]
