Steve Carell to Shoot New Indie Film in Massachusetts

Come June, Carell, part-time Marshfield resident and proud owner of the Marshfield Hills General Store, is set to begin filming “The Way, Way Back” on the South Shore, presumably in Marshvegas. The film is about a dysfunctional family (a la “Little Miss Sunshine,” anyone?) and tells the story of a young boy on summer vacation as he struggles to come to terms with his mom and dad, played by Carell.
