Watch Rajon Rondo's New ESPN Commercial
Apparently, the Celtics point guard has HUGE hands.
ESPN’s “This is SportsCenter” commercials have always been one of the network’s strong suits. The gag in this new one, however, doesn’t quite work. Basically, Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo has comically big hands and anchor John Anderson has comically little hands (not quite as small as Kristen Wiig’s hands in the “Lawrence Welk Show” Saturday Night Live sketch, but pretty small nonetheless). That’s the extent of it. Sadly, not all of the ads can be as great as this one:
