Watch: Moose Lets Loose on the Streets of Watertown, Belmont

Police spotted the animal running around on Wednesday morning.

A moose took an early morning jog through the suburbs of Boston on Wednesday.

According to WBZ, the animal was seen letting loose near Waverly Avenue in Watertown before traveling to nearby Belmont.

Watertown police posted a video on Facebook of the juvenile moose as it galloped through a neighborhood in the city’s west end.

Police in Belmont also captured a clip of the creature as it pranced down Bartlett Avenue. Officials say that it was last spotted near the upper part of Concord Avenue.

Environmental police have been notified and are still on the look out for the moose.
