Donald Trump has canceled his Boston fundraiser, and will instead deliver a “major” speech in Manchester, New Hampshire Monday, in light of the Orlando gay nightclub shooting.

Along with the Boston fundraiser—a $2,300-a-head luncheon at the Langham Hotel in the Financial District, just a five-minute stroll from the Mexican consulate—Trump also canceled two campaign events in New Hampshire: a rally in Portsmouth, where he received the New England Police Benevolent Association’s endorsement in December, and another fundraiser in Rye.

The presumptive Republican presidential candidate’s speech at St. Anselm College in Manchester is expected to discuss Sunday’s terrorist attack on Pulse, a popular gay nightclub in Orlando, which left 49 people dead and 53 injured. Two victims of the attack were natives of Western Massachusetts.

The shooter, 29-year-old Florida man Omar Mateen, reportedly called 911 and pledged his allegiance to the so-called Islamic State during the massacre, in addition to referencing the Tsarnaev brothers. Mateen, a U.S. citizen, had been interviewed by the FBI twice and was not deemed a threat, the agency said.

As the bodies were still being cleared from the nightclub, Trump took to Twitter, calling for President Barack Obama’s resignation, and doubling down on his proposed ban on Muslims entering the country.

During a lengthy interview with Fox News Monday morning, Trump suggested that Obama was somehow involved with the Orlando shooting.

“Look, we’re led by a man that either is not tough, not smart, or he’s got something else in mind,” he said. “And the something else in mind — you know, people can’t believe it. People cannot, they cannot believe that President Obama is acting the way he acts and can’t even mention the words ‘radical Islamic terrorism.’ There’s something going on. It’s inconceivable. There’s something going on.”
