Boston Magazine Wins Two CRMA Awards
The City and Regional Magazine Association announced its 2018 winners.
We’re pleased to say that Boston magazine has taken home two awards from the City and Regional Magazine Association. The annual awards recognize a range of categories for city and regional magazines, including general excellence, feature story, and more. Boston won the Herb Lipson Award for Column Excellence (named after the founder of our parent company, Herb Lipson) for David Bernstein’s work, and our other publication, Boston Home, won for Ancillary: Home/Shelter.
The magazine earned 13 nominations overall, in categories as varied as writer of the year (for contributing editor Simon van Zuylen-Wood, whose work you can read here) to e-newsletter (for our weekly Sunday newsletter, packed with exciting print content. You can subscribe right over here). Our sister publication, Philadelphia magazine, also took home an award, for cover excellence (congrats, colleagues!). Read our great Home content here (or subscribe here if you’re feeling so inspired). And if you’d like to catch up with all those excellent columns from Mr. Bernstein, might we recommend starting with the three that we submitted for his nomination?
