Noble and Greenough School, a co-ed day and five-day boarding school, in Dedham, Massachusetts, is hosting open houses on Saturday, October 20, 8:30–11:30 a.m., and Tuesday, December 4, 6:00–8:30 p.m.
At the core of a Nobles education is our unequaled academic program. We bring together teachers who are passionate about their subjects—and even more passionate about working with young people. Likewise, the students who choose Nobles are exceptional. They are academically talented, creative, hard-working and curious. They live lives marked by strong character and service to others.
Relationships between students and faculty underpin the Nobles experience. Each student is surrounded by dozens of adults who know them well—who teach them in class and also coach them on the field, who serve as their advisor and also direct them on in theater productions. Our faculty push our students to be their best selves, supporting them when they struggle and enthusiastically cheering their successes. Visit nobles.edu to learn about our mission to inspire leadership for the public good.
Our teaching philosophy centers on helping students develop critical-thinking skills. Students graduate from Nobles with an impressive knowledge of subject matter, of course —they also learn the art of analysis; how to solve complex problems; and how to lead, follow and collaborate. Working with teachers they know well and trust, Nobles students learn the importance of patience, process, and persistence as they pursue academic and other achievements.
Noble and Greenough School is a rigorous academic community dedicated to inspiring leadership for the public good. Through mentoring relationships, we motivate students to achieve their highest potential and to lead lives characterized by service to others.
