When we’re starved for sunlight, nothing brings us together more than a sexy light fixture. Made in New York, this 50-inch-wide masterpiece features a handfrosted, cloudlike cluster of glass orbs, suspended from a central base by delicate brass chains. Apparatus’s designers achieved a sensual, diffuse glow by enveloping the fixture’s three light bulbs within the orb cluster, rather than inserting a bulb into each orb. Though it is available smaller (28 and 40 inches wide), we love it big, bold, and beautiful.
