Remember the Southie three-decker where Ben Affleck picks up Matt Damon right at the beginning of Good Will Hunting? The one where Damon’s character, Will Hunting, lives in the movie? It’s about to hit the market, so your dreams of living like a fictional MIT janitor may very well come true.

The first-floor unit shown in the movie is shabby no longer. According to Douglas Bosse, the listing agent and partner with Olde Towne Real Estate Co., the place was renovated in 2012.

The property’s chainlink fence was swapped for a much cleaner white one, and a spiral staircase was added to the top of the building. Inside, the two-bedroom unit boasts a wine cooler, a Sonos sound system, central heating and air conditioning, crown molding, and a Bertazzoni stove in the kitchen. The condo is a little under 1,000 square feet, and offers a spacious rear deck plus a single deeded parking space.

Thinking of making the move? The unit at 190 W 6th Street hit the market on Wednesday for $729,000. You can see it for yourself at open houses on Saturday or Sunday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., or you can peep the photos below.
