If you’ve ever wanted to take your fandom of Dunkin’ Donuts to new, ultra-mod, and deeply Instagrammable heights, now is very much your chance.

For the next couple weeks, the “The Home That Runs on Dunkin’,” a 275-square-foot abode with an elegant rust-and-dark wood exterior meant to evoke the color and texture of coffee, an orange-and-purple-accented interior, and an energy system powered by biofuel made from spent coffee grounds, is taking up a temporary residence in Nahant. Parked at scenic, oceanside Bailey’s Hill, it will be available to rent for two-day stays via Airbnb for $10 a night through October 26 (looks like you’ll have to pray for a cancellation though, because every night is already booked).

Right now, the transportable home is set up on East Point, where it’s being filmed by an ad agency for a project highlighting the town, according to The Daily Item.

The home was built in September and first unveiled earlier this month. At 33 feet long, 13.5 feet tall, and 8 feet wide, it has a full kitchen, a loft bed, a “cozy coffee nook,” and a wall that retracts to reveal a cedar outdoor deck. Its on-brand interior design elements, styled by actress Olivia Wilde, include coffee-hued wood flooring and Dunkin’ colored pillows and flowers. It also, of course, comes with unlimited bags of ground joe.
