You can spot a Louis Vuitton tote from a mile away, but would you recognize furniture made by the centuries-old fashion house? When the piece is as distinctive as this cozy hanging chair, it’d be hard not to. Part of the brand’s Objets Nomades collection, a unique assortment of home and travel pieces created in collaboration with some of the world’s most celebrated designers, the podlike seat is currently on display at the revamped Louis Vuitton boutique in Copley Place. One of just a few stores to carry the LV home collection, the new spaces also features expanded women’s ready-to-wear offerings. And, yes, plenty of those iconic totes.
