In need of some peace and quiet? “On a scale of one to 10, privacy is a 15,” says listing agent Jeannemarie Conley of this oceanfront estate. Impressive, considering the 12,000-square-foot residence edges out this light-filled Hudson home with 145 windows of its own—many of which display open views of the Atlantic.

This time of year, the ocean may be best looked at through glass panes, but when summer rolls around you’ll want to spend the dog days stretched out in the saltwater infinity pool, catching “dramatic sunrises and epic reflective sunsets.” On the 4th of July, you can ooh and aah as “fireworks displays from six different communities” light up the water, according to Conley.

But until then, the three-story home (plus a finished lower level) has several features to keep its new owners entertained. In the dining room, an LED “living art wall” is “made by the same company that made the Times Square mega screen,” says Conley. “It is programmable, and can tie into any live feed camera in the world.” Or use it as a giant picture frame—you can also set it to project your own photos.

Multiple living rooms provided ample space for lounging and entertaining, and four fireplaces, including one in the master bedroom, help the home feel like an oceanside resort. On that note: Positioned in front of a wall of ocean view windows, the master bath’s tub offers a surreal, spa-like soak. Feeling extra indulgent? Pick a bottle from the 102-bottle wine fridge and pour yourself a glass of wine.
