Go ahead, we dare you: Try to find a cuter condo than this one. From the playful sapphire blue and pear green exterior, to the fresh blues, minty greens, deep lavenders, and rich yellows that cover the walls throughout the interior, you won’t find one predictable space in this West End home.

Of course, a few nice paint colors does not a beautiful home make, and this updated Victorian has so much more going for it. Step into the kitchen, where the first feature that will catch your eye is the floral print backsplash behind the marble-effect quartz counters. Look a little closer and you’ll see that the background is made up of hundreds of small, circular glass tiles that create a mosaic of water lilies and lily pads, suspended in a lake of aqua. The collage corresponds with the hemlock green custom cabinetry, which encompasses a French door Sub-Zero fridge and Miele dishwasher and oven.

The dining room, living room, and piano room all flow into each other and are all different hues of blue and purple, but rather than feeling discordant the nonuniform look breathes even more life into the space. A slew of windows, including one radiant bay, a couple of marble fireplaces, and light maple floors also help tie the living spaces together.

Down the hall of the single-level condo (just one of two units in the building) you’ll find the two bedrooms and baths. The purple master bedroom enjoys its own set of doors to a deck, which leads down into the grass-free yard, which is planted instead with a smooth stone pathway and native pollinator-friendly plants. Back inside, in the full bath, a cast iron soaking tub sits atop a radiant heated floor made of handmade patterned tiles. The whole room—from the rainfall shower head, to the brass heated towel warmer, to the multi-bulb twin light sconces that look like bubbles being blown into the air—calls for singing in the shower, slathering on a face mask, and taking your sweet time for some self care.
